After entering your unique Instance-Code, you'll arrive at the main login page for your institution's eduSYMS platform. Please follow these steps to log in:

1. Username and Password: You will need a username and password to log in. These credentials are typically provided by your institution when you are enrolled or hired. They may be sent to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. If you have not received this information or are having trouble logging in, please contact your institution's administrative office for assistance.
2. Captcha Verification: Before you proceed with logging in, ensure that you verify you're not a robot by ticking the 'I'm not a robot' checkbox. This step is crucial for security purposes and to prevent unauthorised automated access.
3. Select Your Role: Choose the appropriate role by clicking on either 'Staff' or 'Student'. This will direct you to the dashboard that corresponds to the functionalities and information you need to access.
4. Password Recovery: If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot password?' link to reset your password. Follow the prompts to regain access to your account.
5. New Student Application: If you are a prospective student looking to apply, click on 'New student application'. This will redirect you to the Online Applications System where you can submit your application to enrol at the institution.
