Accessing the Questionnaire:

• To begin, select the academic term for which you need to review or input information.
• Use the filters to locate the student by their unique identifier.

Filling Out the Questionnaire:

• The interface presents a structured format where you can enter the student's progress details, including scores in various subjects and any remarks on their performance.
• Add specific comments that can include accolades or areas of improvement.
• The questionnaire can be tailored for each student, ensuring personalised feedback.

Reviewing and Reporting:

• Once you have completed the questionnaire, you can review the inputs and make any necessary edits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Use the 'View/Download report' feature to access a comprehensive report that can be shared with students and parents or stored for records.
• The system provides options to download individual reports or merge multiple reports into a single PDF or ZIP file for convenience.

Finalising the Process:

• After reviewing the questionnaire, finalise your inputs by including the Manager's and Principal's remarks. These are crucial for providing a holistic view of the student's performance.
• Approve the report if required, which may be part of your institution's internal process.

Printing and Sharing:

• Use the 'Print' feature to get a hard copy of the questionnaire, which can be useful for meetings with students or parents.
