Sending SMS to a Student

For quick communication, eduSYMS also offers an SMS feature:

1. From the Student Records Menu, select 'SMS Student'.
2. In the SMS screen, the student’s number is pre-loaded. Confirm that this is the correct number.
3. Type your message in the 'SMS Message' field. Keep an eye on the character limit to ensure your message is concise.
4. When you are ready to send the SMS, click 'Send SMS'.

Note: SMS messages should be kept brief to ensure delivery without segmentation.
